Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship internationally from our  studio in Toronto. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Shipping options will be presented upon check-out. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct, addresses cannot be amended once shipped. SSSOAPS is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are in Toronto and opt for the Free Pickup option, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup 1-2 business days after we’ve received your order. All pick up information will be detailed within this email.
