If you are in Toronto and opt for the free Local Pickup option, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup 1-2 business days after we’ve received your order. All pick up information will be detailed within this email. 

If you did not receive an email notification, your order will still be ready for you on the next pick up day (might just take a moment to pack it up when you arrive)

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

We ship internationally from our Toronto Studio. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping and tracking options will be presented upon check-out. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct, addresses cannot be amended once shipped. SSSOAPS is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

RETURNS

All sales are final and due to the intimate nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any issue or concern with your order please get in contact; mail@sssoaps.co

Each product is entirely made and packaged by hand and as such is subject to variation in weight, size, shape and overall appearance. As such, purchased products may vary from product images displayed on the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on sssoaps.co. In the event of any cancellations, the customer will be notified via e-mail and a full refund will be issued.
